Reverse Traffic Detection Sensor

I've just noticed a Reverse Traffic Detection (RTD) icon in the rear camera screen on my car.
My car doesn't have the RTD option, and IIRC the icon has not been shown before.
Can someone please put me out of my misery, check their screen and let me know if the RTD icon is shown everytime to everyone
?

So it seems Corriescar66, golferpete, RSPORT27 and myself have the same problem.
A false RTD icon being shown in the reversing camera screen for no apparent reason.
Now to try to find a fix.... (any help gratefully received)
