Hi all,

this is my 1st post but been here for a few weeks just getting to know the forum and reading up / finding out things.

My question is how can you tell if your car has keyless entry, mine has the key symbol on the handle but it wont unlock unless I press the button on the remote?

Is there a setting in the car somewhere to turn it on.

I have a 2017, 2L Diesel R Sport.

It's not the key symbol that's for using the emergency key if the fob stops working, it is little recessed dimple on the handle you need to look for, just to the right of the hand in this picture.

The R Sport didn't have keyless entry as standard, if it was fitted as an option you will have a small pimple on each of the door handles.
