The workshop manual suggests for that DTC that your DAB antenna, antenna amplifier (or a connection) may have failed or been damaged. I think there's one in the rear tailgate (and one in the rear quarter window if you have ICTP).
Don't know if you have ICT or ICTP so I've attached the diagrams for both below as well as the wiring diagram. Whoever fixes it will probably want to look at the antenna module first as that's easiest before looking at continuity. I wouldn't rule out physical damage to the antenna itself. For example someone being over zealous with glass cleaning products can be enough to break window glass antennae.
