But don't expect to see a coordinated or fully thought out policy any time soon . . diesel will still be viewed as being a primary target in meeting agreed pollution targets . . . or, perhaps that should be "missing" pollution targets.... this from the BBC news website in the last hour.... http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/science-environment-44155590
8-) . . been enjoying since July '16, 2.0d R-Sport, Ammonite + Black Pack, Jet/Red interior and a few other options

And one day they’ll tackle the “let’s throw another log on the stove” brigade that account for 80% of pollution.

Once real world limits are set they should be applied , any variation should be footed by the manufacturer.

EDIT=
Meanwhile the discovery 5 tdV6 is rated at H in real world tests = 12 times it’s NEDC value , go figure what happens to sales if the customer has to pay 12 times the VED each year not just the first year they don’t really see.
MY18 Rsport 25t BRG , Ebony - Oyster, 18 way mem, Surround Cam, blis, ICTP, LED adaptive....etc

Agree it's the coordinated strategy with a clear plan that is missing...
