Yes welcome to the “Great” Jaguar after sales assistance, they make you think it’s your fault, go away and don’t bother us.

Surprise they are still supplying vehicals with the poor winscreen washers.
There are new replacement jets £5 ea available under warranty with 3 jets that actually hit the windscreen and not wash the engine compartment. It took them a year to finally install them after having it in 3 times for this. Get the updated windscreen washer performance improvement as per Topix JTB00584. Service document 186424.

Ask them to look in the Topix site and check what faults are related to your vehicle with your VIN number. I found 5 faults that related to my vehicle on the Topix site that my dealer didn’t tell me about, that they could have fixed without me doing the detective work.
Does anyone have a copy of JTB00584 they could let me have? I wanted to have a read before I approached my dealer as I have this same problem with my washer jets.

Looking back earlier in this thread I see I posted at 500 miles after a week or so of ownership with no issues. Over 8 months later and 8000 miles I still have no issues. Excellent car. No complaints. Very satisfied customer.
