Yep, unfortunately no speed camera warning on the ICT (aka small screen), only on the ICT pro (big screen) as far as I'm aware.....

Have you tried adjusting the volume on the infotainment system when an alert comes up on the screen?
My 2018 3.0 D S has the larger screen (ICT Pro) but I have noticed that while an alert is on screen (parking or camera alert), if you adjust the volume control, it affects the loudness of the alert, but only whilst the alert is active.
