Service items

Does anyone have a service schedule for a 3.0 diesel showing what items are replaced at each interval? I’m sure you used to be able to view these within the online service history but I can’t find it. I’d like to know exactly what I might get for £582!

Go to the Online Service History, click on Servicing Information and then select the service you want information about.

It shows you every item that will be checked, inspected, renewed or replaced which is what I thought you wanted?

Oh, I see. Did it recognise your VIN when you entered it and display the vehicle details and last service details?

I have them. Copied & pasted so not perfect!

Service Type: 16,000 miles / 12 months service Time: 1.00 SRO: 102110
Adjust/Lubricate/Replace - Labour cost included in scheduled time except items in the Optional Service Items section.
Check - After the checking procedure, cleaning, adjusting, repairing or replacing is subject to extra labour and material cost.
OUTSTANDING SERVICE ACTIONS
H232 - SOFTWARE OVER THE AIR (SOTA) - INCONTROL TOUCH PRO
SERVICE ITEMS
Carry out vehicle inspection checks as documented in the WSM instructions. Where available also perform an eVHC.
Renew engine oil and filter.
Drain fuel filter water trap.
Carry out road test as documented in the WSM instructions.
If fault lamp(s) are illuminated, interrogate that system using the JLR approved diagnostic equipment and report findings.
Check for any applicable outstanding service actions or recalls.
Report any unusual features of vehicle condition and additional work required.
Reset service indicator.
Endorse service record.

Yes it accepted my VIN and showed the service history. Bit of a mystery the next bit though.

Thought I would check it out and it is the same for me, no info.
I notice in the service history Registration Country is not present. I wonder if this omission could be the reason.

Interesting. Just looked at mine and I don't see anything under servicing information tab which is where I presume FP Steve B sees all that lovely detailed info? I can see the basic info under service history. Spoke to dealer. They could see the detailed information when in customer view or topix but like me when in public view couldn't see any detail. Suggested I ring customer service. I did. They are stumped and will raise as query with whoever looks after that part of website. I'll keep you posted but don't hold your breath! Dealer suggested it might have something to do with my vehicle never having a software update....maybe?
