You learn something every day, I didn't realise you could set up the rear window heat to be automatic. Must have a trawl through the options and see what else I have missed.

Neither did I. Can Keithl advise where you can set the front and rear screen heaters to come on automatically? Thanks.

Having the car warm in winter is cracking-and cool in summer as well.

It’s all in the online handbook or hard copy if you know where to look.

On the touchscreen, hit the cogwheels (settings), scroll to 'climate', it's in the options it then presents . . easy! :)
8-) . . been enjoying since July '16, 2.0d R-Sport, Ammonite + Black Pack, Jet/Red interior and a few useful options

As Catwoman says - Settings, All Settings, Features, Climate.

Only been driving it a year...and still haven't found every option despite having 4 months to read the manual before it arrived!

I have signed up and downloaded the app from the AppStore this morning. Confused because there are 4 Jaguar InControl apps in the app store ("Jaguar Apps", "Jaguar Remote", (another) "Jaguar Remote" and one called "Jaguar InControl route"). I downloaded the Jaguar Remote app that had the icon which looked closest to the one on the website where I signed up.

Am I correct in saying that In-Control is only available until the car is 3 years old and after I will have to pay, or maybe some of the functionality is disabled?
