I have found that if you turn the seats on before turning the car off when you remote start my seats are on. Has anyone else tried?

Ive found that if i do a short journey with the heated seats on say to petrol station then stop car to fill up, when i restart the car the seats come back on, but when ive had seats on for a journey and left the car stood for a few hours they dont come on.

Saying all that i believe the seats elements only activate when your sat on the seat as ive tried warming the passenger seat for my wife when picking her up and it didnt warm up till after she had been sat on the seat a while.

Compact Premium SUV Test, Mercedes GLC, the BMW X3, the Jaguar F-Pace and the Land Rover Discovery Sport:

Fair comparison and even the correct result.

Blimey the new Q5 is one seriously dull looking car. My neighbour has the old one and I think it looks better.

Interesting 0-60 time for the 20d F Pace. Perhaps they started off in 2nd, but I too find the car slow away from the line, but much better with in gear acceleration.
