Wow this stuff happens way too often. Sorry it spoiled your day. So now what?

Did you have a copy of the order? I was made to sign mine off .. interesting how many seem to have not had a copy.

I feel for you.

I would ask how it got through the pre delivery inspection. There are only two possible options: 1. they didn't bother to match the spec to the care or they did and they hoped that you didn't spot it.

Really bad work by Jag and the dealer.....As JLR said, happens way too often.

Jag have a winner with the F-Pace in a very competitive market, a top seller for them, however, firstly there was the teething problems with cars unfortunately being rejected, hopefully thats now behind them, but they do still insist on making silly mistakes its such a shame on what is a fantastic car. Sorry to hear of your let down. Burnie

Did you get a check sheet? Did you check it and confirm back to the dealer?

If no to the first then dealer to blame, if yes to the first ... and assuming it was wrong, and no to the second part, then the dealer “could” say tough luck ... but most wont.
If yes to both then 100% dealers fault.

I wonder if it was a cancelled order that they jumped your build onto and no one noticed the interior colour was wrong.

It's 100% not my fault signed off check list as should be
Having to wait to see who is to blame my salesman has said lots of changes within the dealership , either when he passed paper work on it was inputted wrong or it was wrong at the build end either way I should find out in a couplea of days
Gonna dream it one way or another
Got the lone car with insurance for the duration till my new build arrrives
Just checked and they have taken me off in control maybe thought I might start it up in show room 😂😂

Well if you signed the check sheet then 100% dealers fault, and they will get sorted.

Yes it's frustrating, but at least you got a loan car for 9 weeks!
