Hi Jagman2017,

Thank you for your message.

I would like to advise for you to contact your local approved Jaguar retailer who would be able to provide further assistance and advise if they have the tyres that you require for your vehicle.

Please see a link below that will enable you to search for your local approved retailer.

If there is anything further I can assist you with please do not hesitate to contact me.

Thanks, Stacie

Thanks called service department they told m they never had time to fit it on Saturday I asked if I could buy it over the counter so could fit elsewhere but was told no?
Explained car never came with a spare and was a side wall puncture so tyre no good and now vehicle is imobile and I need to use but not a big help really.
ordered a new tyre from another supplier had it fitted first thing Monday.
To say I was disappointed with service department is an under statement.
As I bought the car strait out the show room wasn’t aware it didn’t have a spare as i didn’t build it and my wife says there was one in the dealership when we looked at it but maybe just for display only?

Look up your build spec, you should have a sheet with the car pack or you can join the Jaguar online site and see you car build ect online by entering your vin number, if the build sheet shows you should have a spare go ask the dealer where the spare wheel is.

Underneath the boot floor you either have a tray with a space saver spare and jack etc or a tray with a seal kit and inflators, the spare wheel costs extra and a showroom car probably wouldn't have one ordered even though it's not expensive. You can have a full size spare but it raises the floor so most don't.

Jaguar dealers would not keep spare tyres for all combinations of sizes and makes although they may keep some, more likely they would use a nearby tyre specialist then add a hefty markup. Bad luck having a sidewall puncture.

If you need a space saver spare wheel there is one on eBay but be quick this is the first I have seen on eBay and it is at a great price.

Search this on eBay and your find it,

Remember if you want to drive around with the space saver you will also need the boot insert, jack, wheel brace, etc. I have just acqured the full set for my car from the dealer/JLR and I believe the full list of parts came to over £450 (their money not mine), showing what a bargain the initial configurator price is.

I do believe JLR should make it a bit more obvious that unless you buy one of the spare wheels they do not provide the jack and wheel brace, etc.

With regard to the space saver spare wheel, the aftermarket price includes the labour to move all the electrics from the spare wheel well to the side in order to accommodate the wheel/ tyre and the jack etc. This comes in a polystyrene box which fits behind the rear seat between it and the spare.

Electrics don’t need to move for the spare wheel installation.
