What's Happened To Jaguar Customer Services

Post by Jagfpacejk » Tue Aug 08, 2017 9:33 am

Just thought, we have not heard from Jaguar Customer Services for a while and certainly, no replies on there side of the forum, the last reply was in June, I see they visited the site on August the 2nd but we have had no replies or input to issues for over two months.

So did they join to hear peoples issue with the car when first released to feed back to Jaguar and have now moved over to the Velar board I wonder:?:

Whether they're active on either forum, I do not know. But I can confirm that Amelia still exists and continues to manage my case pretty well.

Happy bunny? Yes, for the present. Let's hope it continues.

Rejected but still affectionately remembered: F-Pace 3.0d V6 S, IRR, 18 way jet/red sports seats + full memory, privacy glass, 22" silver/black double helix, cold climate pack!

If not, there's the fabled Audi SQ5 waiting for me in the car lot! Just me and Mr Shoes attending the ex-JLR Audi SQ5 meet somewhere in Baden-Wurtenburg....

I may be with you if they do not come up with a suitable solution.

Dunno if there's room for three in the club :-)

I'll provide the team footwear. You boys realise these SQ5s are only available in white, right?
