'General Error' shown when trying to update Map

As FPace is showing Map update available, I have logged in to my account and seen that there is a Europe Update available but each time I click on the download, the site gives me a General Error message. This has been going on now for 3 days.

Has anyone else had a similar problem? If not, does anyone know how I can contact Jaguar to resolve this ??

Try again - should now be working
Collected 6/3/2017: 2.0 AWD R-Sport, Ammonite, Privacy, Jet/Red, ICTPro, Heated Screen/Mirrors, Rear Camera, Space Saver, Tow Bar

I've just tried it this second (about 6p on Dec 3) and it's working fine. It relies on that daft Map Downloader plugin, so it may be your browser is fighting with that and the error relates to that program rather than the map itself?
If you can try another browser / computer then you might have different results (assuming the issue persists)
