Spoke to my colleague today, and he has started the process or rejecting his Mercedes GLE.

Dealer has had it longer than him since Aug 16, and still not fixed.
2.0d R Sport 4WD, Ultimate Black, 22inch Turbines, Jet interior with oyster stitching, Privacy glass, Black pack, ear to ear grin :D

Very True.

I personally think it's more about how the manufacturer deals with your issues than the car, if Jaguar dealt with issues better in peoples eyes I am sure many others would not have or be looking to reject their cars.

The continue none response or promise and nondelivery is what angers people.

Agree with the comments. Sometimes a landslide of rejections happen instead of a slick warranty answers and fix procedure system being in place.
