I didn't read the whole thread but here is some info I found out recently when researching this issue. Jaguar in NJ identified Land Rover P/N's T4A1150, T4A1149 are direct replacement, work great, have 3 adjustable eyeball sockets. I'm planning to order and replace them myself.

Surely you will have them replaced under warranty, I did.
Work a treat even at Motorway speeds.
Shame it took 11 months of ownership never mind how long before that others had been waiting.

Thanks for the link mike72uk having looked at it I showed it to the service guy at the dealership who said he didn't know anything about it but took the details and said he would get the new washers ordered. A couple of weeks later they were fitted and my, what a difference, I now have 6 jets that actually hit the screen as they should do. I'd suggest to anyone who isn't 100% happy with their washers to ask their dealer to change them for the redesigned ones..

Pardon my ignorance, but how many jets did you used to have?

I had my car in yesterday for some updates that are on topix.
While it was in i mentioned about washer jet hitting blades and not screen, he said it was meant to be like that, but when i mentioned about an updated version of jets he said they would look into it.
I picked car uo this morning and have got six jets hitting middle of screen perfect.
When i asked about them he said they were not being fitted unless customers asked, and it wont go on topix.
I also had front brake pads replaced because they occasionaly squeal, same thing unless customer complains they wont fit upgraded pads

Presumably the new jets are standard fit on new vehicles? Can anyone that's had a recent delivery confirm? Certainly sounds like a big improvement.
