The in control apps are pretty clever, you can pre load sat nav routes, check fuel, lock your car etc. Seems like there are Apple and Andriod versions...

You should check out the apps there is a demo mode that simulates connection to an f type parked somewhere in London... You supposedly connect to it, you can check its location and the app tells you how long it will take to walk to it, in my case 2 days and 13 hours...
You can lock and unlock with the app and start the car and warm it up on a frost morning ... Pretty neat, you don't need a watch just a smart phone

I love that the virtual F-Type on the demo is parked right outside the Clermont Club in Mayfair. The Clermont is so Jaguar - luxurious elegance, but with a whiff of roguish British villainy thrown in.......someone in marketing at Jaguar has a great sense of humour.

I asked this at the dealers. They can retrofit... you need the Activity Key - Vehicle Preparation Kit fitted first and also to buy Activity Key - Wristband
