I got a top up on my air conditioning and paid for the top up. I was told if it turned out to be something else I would get the money back.
When it was booked in for the work to resolve the issue, I was told again I would be refunded.
After many phone calls, no call backs from the garage and even taking my card details I still have not got my money.

I am calling back again tomorrow but I should not be having to do all this work and getting poor service back.

It is just not good enough.

I got a couple of emails and phone call today from the garage. They promise the money in my bank today, I will check.
On a positive they were very responsive to the e mail I sent them. He is hoping this episode is a blip.
