I found that my Samsung S20 charging speeds were quite slow; I found that I was using a Samsung cable that wasn't 'fast charging' compatible. I swapped cables & solved the problem, it's a USB cable with a USC converter. I mention this as there have been a few posts around charging & phones not always being recognised by the 'system' &, while many have been software related, checking the cable is an inexpensive first step!
