All,

For those who don't know already you can view your car details via TOPIx Jaguar

https://topix.jaguar.jlrext.com/topix/user/loginForm

Once you have a VIN number it will give you details on build date, options fitted, outstanding campaigns (faults/fixes), documents in regard to maintenance, PDI, electrical info, bulletins, accessory fitting etc......

If you are not already registered you can register for free (some item will not be available) as a Independent Retailer

Thanks, logged in as have a VIN as of today (built yesterday) :)

Can't find the bit where it states my options though?

An hour or so, kept getting error messages before that...

It's not recognising my VIN number though, maybe too early?

Look at the picture above - I have highlighted it in yellow with the words SPEC BUTTON above it next to the printer button

Art,

I had to start a new login last time I had problems, if you want I can look and see my manual and upload the relevant sections.

When I log in to Topix and put in my VIN, I can see the information about my car - but always get an access denied error when I try and view anything.

Am I doing something wrong?

Do you pay a subscription for Topix or do you just have a freebie account? The latter doesn't give you access to the documents.

That'll be why! I didn't even realise it was a subscription service. Just assumed that it'd be like all the other things that are free with the car for 3 years.

I pay as I go a subscription is OK if you are a main dealer or JLR specialist but for occasional access Pay and Go is expensive but worth it.
