Our 1 and a half year old F Pace Jaguar has been at our dealers for repeated repairs of water ingress for over 4o days. We have been in contact with Jaguar head office by email they replied by email that they would contact us within two days, nothing!! 9 days later we phoned customer relations and was given a case number & told they would contact us within 24 hours, that was 3 days ago and no contact. Come on Jaguar you profess to being a premium car manufacturer but that is obviously not the case with your customer service. If you want the case number just let us know. We are very very disappointed with the service that we are receiving from Jaguar. Could someone please find out what is going on.

Just contact the dealer today before they shut and ask speak to the dealer principal (head guy )
I hope that you have a like for like car while yours is in ? If you have then don't worry at least you have a car to use .they will sort it but you need an update on the progress .
It could be a big job if the water is coming in from the boot ,

Why not write the dealer a registered letter. Say you give them two weeks more to fix the problem.
For the time being they need give you a replacement F-Pace at least equally equipped.

If the car is not repaired in time, you reject it and want your money back.

If you ar not sure, you better check with a sollicitor first and let her/him write the letter.

Wow what a first post and you have had the car for one and half years and not been here before, where have you been. :)

Hopefully your car will be sorted and back soon.
