Our 1 and a half year old F Pace Jaguar has been at our dealers for repeated repairs of water ingress for over 4o days. We have been in contact with Jaguar head office by email they replied by email that they would contact us within two days, nothing!! 9 days later we phoned customer relations and was given a case number & told they would contact us within 24 hours, that was 3 days ago and no contact. Come on Jaguar you profess to being a premium car manufacturer but that is obviously not the case with your customer service. If you want the case number just let us know. We are very very disappointed with the service that we are receiving from Jaguar. Could someone please find out what is going on.
