Having just got my F pace eager to get remote app working however the telematics are in sleep mode?

I’m sure I’ve read elsewhere you need to lock then unlock again, possibly due to battery needing to get some charge in it if it’s been sat around a dealers.

If you swipe down from the top of the screen while in the App it should reconnect & update assuming you have a wifi connection. Mine does this when I have not been in the car for a day or two. Similarly if you take the car out, it should update ie it it will say 'Last updated 'x' minutes ago' after you switch off & lock the car.
