I rejected a RRS as they had the old Navi system. I notice now they have finally upgraded, wonder whether they will be having similar issues?

I'd imagine so, this will be a JLR developed system, not just Jaguar, so I can't imagine why their software would be any different.

The list of people rejecting the cars with this issue will grow which is good as the more unhappy customers the more chance we are of seeing a end to the issues.

Yeah, because when ITCP works - it's pretty awesome.

More customisation would be nice in future updates, adding your own icons / backgrounds etc.
