Just throwing this out there in case it helps anyone.
I've previously bought these and have recently used them on a trip in the F Pace. They fit on the headrest mounts without any issue.

They were used for holding an iPad Mini in place. Clamp it nice and tight and it works absolutely fine, certainly kept the children quiet!
They might struggle with larger / heavier iPads, but they're perfect for the iPad mini.
