My dealer was hinting at when the F-pace would receive this engine, as it's probably the model I would buy, but with no dates announced I've gone for the 3.0d
My current Evoque has the old 240hp Ford Ecoboost 2.0 petrol engine (that still appears in the XE) and it's great. Loads of torque and works much better in the old 6 speed auto that mine has, as opposed to the new 9 speed. Lowsy fuel consumption however.
I reckon the F-pace with a 2.0 petrol ingenium engine will be a great car.

Good on Jaguar for selling a 3.0 litre petrol on the F-Pace as many other SUVs only come in diesel. The 2.0 litre petrol certainly sounds an interesting prospect too.
