had mine 4 years and never had a warning light to let me know, but i have had a burning smell when exiting car.

I understand what 6agne is trying to get at, it would be better if we knew when active regen is taking place then rather than stop car during regen you could continue till regen stopped, this would help stop dilution prob.

I also agree with Barthog, just continue to drive the car and enjoy till warning light appears.
