For anyone looking, I was told this afternoon that an FE order had recently been cancelled and the car was going in the showroom for the first one that wanted it.

Just to say I was back at my dealers today for an extended test drive in a 2.0d.

I saw 2 unprepared FE's straight off the transporter. The salesman confirmed that one of them is still unsold and available for anyone interested.

When I returned the 2L after a test drive earlier this week and complained to the salesman about excessive noise he said he had an FE available which having the 3L would be whisper quiet, unfortunately it is not Portfolio trim.
