Is it just me or is the DAB reception hopeless ?

I live in Kent and over the last few days have driven to S London and then down to Winchester. On all other cars with DAB, and at home, I get 10's of stations including the obvious BBC ones and Absolute etc (and all variants of that).

In the car I get the BBC and a few others, not a list of 10's of them - even in Sevenoaks or London, I struggle to Radio 5.

Do others find it poor ?

In Sussex, I do have a long list of them, not looked in detail for Absolute etc, and signal is good most of the time, but it does drop every now and again for no real reason

Hi Crawfc, I'm in SE London and have ventured down to ashford and Hever Castle so in a similar neighbourhood to you. I initially found that using FM gave better reception for some channels including Heart and BBC2 but now (2 weeks on) it's less of a problem.
Stick with it and hope for the best.
