Lots of negative posts about Customer Services, so thought I would change this and give them a thankyou. The problem I had was with the Dealer not wanting to know of problems once they had my money. So to be fair I must give a big thankyou to Pedro Moitinho from JLR Spain, who not only solved a problem I had, but also followed up on issues with my car several months later.

It would help if you get dressed before heading to the dealers I guess.. :mrgreen:
