Only 1 slight oversight... As jaguar gave all dealers the same colour and spec demos, it just looks like job lot of IRR S models and DSB or ammonite portfolios.
That's not quite the case. I visited four dealers in April. Although they all received three cars (two Ingenium versions and a V6), the colour combination differed slightly. In Carlisle they had a black car, in Kendal it was IRR as well as black and in the Scottish Borders it was white, silver and dark grey. One of the cars at my local dealer had deployable side steps.
I suspect many dealers have already sold their demonstrators in advance to local customers so I doubt that there will be a huge number of demonstrators coming onto the market. In fact, bearing in mind the number of dealers in the UK and that each received three cars, I am surprised that there are only 35 listed on AutoTrader right now. Some of the cars are being sold by specialist independent dealers, especially some of the FEs. And a good number of the 35 are FEs - they haven't proven to be as sought after as I had first thought, although all of the cars appear to be hanging on to their value well at the moment.
Have a nice Friday folks. We will, here in sunny Copenhagen.
