Re: Luggage compartment half height partition and divider for sale.

Hi, how is the partition fixed in place? Thinking of one to transport my dogs in, but it is unclear from the Jaguar website images how the partition is kept in place. The Guardsmam/Travall ones have legs that sit astride the partition so it sits on the sill and straps tightened against the floor d-r...

Re: Squeaky headlining

Got the car fixed under warranty today and so far so good. Being squeak free makes a surprising difference to the enjoyment of the drive. According to the job sheet they lowered the roof lining and fitted an "anti rattle kit". Goodness knows what one of those is !

Re: Squeaky headlining

Thanks all. I have eliminated all the usual suspects; windows/door panel, glasses holders, sunscreen, sunroof, glove box etc.
Looks like I'll need to book it into the dealership...

Re: Squeaky headlining

It may sound strange but do you have any sunglasses in the holder by the rear view mirror? I had a noise I could swear was from the passenger side door but it was the sunglasses. No, sadly sunglasses holder is empty. And its not the glove box either! Its actually quite difficult to place precisely,...

Squeaky headlining

My 22000 mile/2 yr old F-pace has developed an annoying squeaking noise from somewhere in the section of headlining immediately above and to the right of the driver's head around the door frame/grab handle. It manifests when travelling over uneven/rutted roads (which is 90% of my driving on minor Bu...

Re: Tyres

Likewise, very happy with the Michelin Cross Climates. Available on the 19" wheel but not some of the bigger ones I think. They do very well in all of the tests and aren't hugely expensive - mine were slightly cheaper than replacement Pirellis I recall

Re: Switching to an FPace?

How do people find the 180d in the new car? Test drove one and it felt ok just a bit slow on take off or over taking. I’m sure I saw something about driving it in dynamic mode made it a bit more responsive. I like the 240d but haven’t drove it in the f pace just the Velar - I've had a 180d for 2 ye...

Re: ICTP Map Data Erased

I got an alert on my ICTP screen saying new map was available to download. But when I logged in on jaguar.here.com to get the new map the download page said "Latest version available:08.030.0095.0153" ....which is the same as the version I have currently! So no v. 154 available for me. Anyone else c...

Re: New F-Pace Owner - Some questions

Tom

Over 21K miles on my 2.0d 180 Auto AWD I've averaged 41 mpg. Almost all of this has been in normal mode, eco is too un-responsive for me. I expect yours will settle down to a better number. I have never noticed smoke coming out of the exhaust.

Re: ICTP Patch 4.0

KSF - mine now seems to work ok. Setting up Android auto seems to have kicked it into life. Now when I start the car and drive (irrespective of whether there is a phone attached) voice activation works fine
