Re: F-Pace SVR coming soon?

These cars will start off on the main F Pace line, then be pulled to be finished as SVRs They may allocate in batches of 500, but they won't wait until they have 500 orders before they then build them all. The whole point of Special Vehicle Operations is that they allude to being more 'hand built' &...

Re: Sales figures - September + Solihull shutdown Oct

It's systemic. TATA raped our steel industry, despite what is portrayed in the press, emptied the workers pension funds and the UK Gov stays quite, presumably as they are worried about JLR What have the Romans ever done for us us? Not really relevant, but the EU is. Just some of the 'redistribution ...

Re: ICTP Patch 4.0

As I said, the 'latest' update is currently not for general release until they are happy it doesn't screw up every car.

Your dealer obviously isn't one of the select few, so what they say is true.

Re: F-Pace SVR coming soon?

Sat in the passenger seat for a quick run a couple day ago at a Jag event. The ride quality seems similar to the S although very difficult judge on a runway, the seats i felt was harder but looked more impressive. I was told first deliveries was January and the press will get hold of them very soon...

Re: ICTP Patch 4.0

Apparently ICTP 4.5 is being trialed at a few limited dealers at the moment to see what new issues it may, or may not give to long suffering owners. If successful, it is to be rolled out by the end of the month. Whether this is 18C or 18D I don't know. Maybe this is the one with carplay etc, but if ...

Re: Washer Fluid Level Alert (Jag remote app only)

It has disappeared from my app after having phase 4 installed on the car. Thanks lozpace, have you had a dash warning appear since? I'm not bothered about the app, but would like some advanced warning as you can't see a level on these hidden reservoirs. The one on my Mini (albeit 6" x 3" x 3") can ...

Re: Washer Fluid Level Alert (Jag remote app only)

Have you spoken to the dealer as they can get into your App from their computer side, maybe able to correct ? Will ask, but was wondering if this is a post ICTP 4.0 quirk.... There hasn't been an app update recently? I take it everyone else still has washer level on health check? A bit odd that the...

Re: IGL Kenzo Ceramic Coating

Don't worry.... I was originally skeptical of these coatings, having been fleeced by Supagard.... Now coming to the end of year 2 with GTechniq and, in the words of The Monkees, 'I'm a believer'... So much so, I had my XKR done earlier in the summer too.. Looks great and undoubtedly be better prote...

Re: IGL Kenzo Ceramic Coating

"I have never seen such a poor finish on a new vehicle....... ever!" Really??? He would say that wouldn't he your the poor sucker paying £800 to have your car polished! Sorry mate but if you really believe that a liquid from a bottle is going to seriously protect your paintwork you are mistaken. A ...
