Re: H185

Thanks Dan, Can you enlighten further on this statement please ? “ Unfortunately a service cannot be accomplished successfully unless this campaign is completed.” Can you advise why an oil and filter change ( a service) is affected by stop start parameters? It would appear then that this has nothin...

Re: H185

Hi Thanks for the response. However you haven’t answered the following points, can you advise please? 1. Will there be any affect on my driving experience. I always switch stop start off every journey, it’s a pointless function in my eyes only there to meet emmissions tests. To operate this with a ...

Re: New Member

Can anyone advise if a vehicle rejected on a PCP can simply be replaced like for like on the original PCP agreement ? Dealer advising they will simply insert new VIN & registration number into original contract no need to sign a new agreement. I’m not sure this is considered good business practice ...

Re: Complaints regarding Jaguar Assist

Like most things in life today. The Brand and Product can be great, but the people that work for them can lower the bar of expectation if they are only picking up a wage and not supporting the person that pays the wage. I have called out Jaguar Assist twice to the same issue. The Amber Transmission...

Re: Problem following On-Line Service Booking

I can’t use the book a service online. My dealer can’t update my vehicle to being a Jaguar from my traded in Landrover last February. Every time they say they will change it and it will take 30 days to become correct it doesn’t. Don’t even know who to escalate this to unless CRC can help? Nobody wa...

Re: Problem following On-Line Service Booking

My car was due its second service at the end of September. I telephoned my local (30 miles distant) Jaguar dealer to book a date but the Service dept was busy and I was promised a call back. I didn’t get a call back! Tried again the next day – with the same result. A bit fed up with waiting for a c...

Re: Winter Tyres

Thanks Becci, It would be good if you can get an answer from Continental , they do say on their own website that they are currently liasing with several manufactures for type approval for the 860 S and I was hoping Jaguar was one of those manufacturers.
