Re: New factory build times

@PDC

I just configured a new XE to see what it looks like. I do not find the lower display disturbing,
this view appears in the upper screen in my F-Pace in the settings for the climate.

I do find the 'stick' a major improvement over the rotator..

Re: New factory build times

I just bought now from existing stock and picking up on the 1st September to make sure that I didn't get the facelift. I'm not over keen on the twin displays and still like to have some traditional buttons on the dash. You think the F-Pace gets the Velar interior as an 'upgrade' ? My 2019 model alr...

Re: Bespoke - self build - carport.

@ big jon Thanks ! Under normal conditions it would never be a problem. Deltasierra has a valid concern with the trees. But there are trees & trees .. Around here they are less then 80yrs old, diameter max at 50cm. I bet any decent tree in the UK is > 200yrs and has a diameter of > 120cm , a differe...

Re: Bespoke - self build - carport.

@Jagpaceejk Thanks, I am happy other people enjoy the style too. I like to spread ideas. Maybe we could make a chapter on the forum " ..from driveway to garage, F-Pace building works.. " I think a lot of us encounter similar questions related to these subjects, and we all search and run in to the sa...

Re: Bespoke - self build - carport.

@Deltasierra I appreciate your concern, but it is not a problem. The design standards you are used to, are meant for industrial buildings with large surfaces enduring massive wind pressure. These also are structures 9m or taller. The standards for these structures are 'steel-only' and do not make us...

Re: New factory build times

I would either cancel the order 'undue delay' , or ask to move the slot to the new model !!

Otherwise you get a 'new' outdated car..

Re: Bespoke - self build - carport.

@Deltasierra. Very good off you to warn me, thank you for the initiative ! On first glance it appears to be like this, but extra stability safeguards are hidden in the structure. See the small triangles ? IMG_20200516_213330921_red.jpg The stiffness of the columns and the [24 !] chemical anchors in ...
