Re: Panoramic Roof. Is this a Feature??

Perhaps you held the lock button longer or it was somehow pressed down in your pocket? If held longer it closes the panoramic roof cover (along with windows and other stuff when they are open).

Definitely should not close on its own due to weather.

Re: Uncomfortable seat

For all you R-Sport and S drivers, what exactly is the difference between the 'basic' seats and the better seats? I think they aren't necessarily "better", they just have more support and "hug" you more. I definitely prefer them to regular ones but I think it depends on preference and body type. I ...

Re: White blocks on the wheels

I'd take it in a shop to make sure the wheels are balanced if you are certain that some of them have fallen off. I also suggest asking if they have darker colored weights for black rims as they blend in a lot better. Definitely made a difference on mine.

Re: Software Updates (OtA)

19b is not available through SOTA. You need to have it installed by the dealer. If there are any issues with your current system then they will do the update for free.

Re: Trying to decide on model year

I'd base my decision on purely the test drive and mpg. I had an early model XE and even though there definitely were some issues that needed to be fixed, I did not regret the car once and would recommend it to anyone over the main 3 german rivals. Since it was a more powerful petrol one, I had decid...

For sale: Navigation SD Card - 2018 version of Europe & Russia (REGION 1) T2H36808

Bought from Jaguar dealer at the end of last year for 350 euros for my previous Jag but since I changed cars soon after, I decided to sell this separately. Will fit XE, XF and F-Pace that has the navigation system with SD card slot. Price: 150 pounds (includes shipping within EU). Comes in manufactu...

Re: 2.0l diesel 180ps AWD

I have an MY19 20d AWD and no vibration issues. I was between a used better specced MY18 S (the V6 diesel one) and a new MY19 20d and decided to go with the brand new MY19 as the cabin was a lot nicer and just felt more luxurious and up-class for some reason (more leather, suede headlining, etc). Th...

Re: Hairline Scratches & Smeary Paint

I would be extremely happy that the dealer agreed to swallow the cost of getting it detailed considering it is a year old car. There is always gonna be wear on a car that is not brand new and has been driven.

Re: Jobs for the face lift

It only switches it off for that trip. When you turn the car off/on again, the start/stop will be back on by default and you need to turn it off again. I don't mind it myself but a lot of people complain about it. Seems to be the case with most of the new cars though and is probably regulation as so...
