Re: Recent JLR Survey

I did receive it. Usually I don’t bother with this stuff but I completed it. As you say Jock55 it did seem to be trying to work out what most of us want in the 3 main specs hopefully to make it all better value through less being needed as add ons. Or maybe I’m a bit naive. Anyway I felt it was wort...

Re: F Pace Review

Crikey Oscar I can see why you might be so upset from your description of your experience. I've never had so much joy from a car. You have clearly been very unfortunate and may need to go back to the seller. When I change mine I will be going for the 300PS unless something odd happens. Like the I-Pa...

Re: F pace service

Hi Andy, I bought my 5 year service deal through the dealership in Cheltenham. It covers a yearly service. It appears I bought at the right time as the deals now are not as good. I would echo the previous posts about servicing with Approved Jaguar Outlets. I would imagine if you did have an issue it...

Re: F pace service

Hi Andy,
Very expensive.
When I ordered mine in May 2018 the cost was £700 for a 5 year deal.
Of course I took that. Reasonable.
Are Jaguar aware we do have this forum?
I hope you enjoy your car.

Re: Rear Brake Pad Wear

Good evening,
Were the petrol engines available in 2016? Not sure that they were. If its 2016 and only done 6000 miles by 2019 (I presume I understand correctly)-then that's 2K a year? I must be missing something here.
Odd.

Re: F-Pace 300PS petrol

Thanks for the replies. Not unexpected positive plus. You all suggest my initial concern about the smaller capacity engine was misplaced. I'm sure with 2 years experience you are correct. Really helpful and unless we are offered another engine I will go for the 300PS in the near future. Thanks again...

F-Pace 300PS petrol

Good evening folks, I bought my F-Pace in April 2018 before the SVR was marketed. I had advice about the engines from people who know far more than me. I had decided to go for the 300PS engine but was persuaded that there were concerns about smaller 2L turbo charged engine producing so much power. I...

Re: Rear valance re-painted, what do you think

Agreed. I would have gone for it if offered at a reasonable price.
It’s a minor detail but if you are buying new and paying that huge premium for that
privilege then that option would sell and make JLR cash- which they need.

Re: Where were you..........?

Hi Jock55, Thanks for reminding me. Back in those days GPs were responsible for our patients 24/7. So we worked in groups to provide help outside normal working hours. Our service was run from Malvern Community Hospital where we stayed overnight and took the calls directly from patients. One of us o...

Re: Brake squeal

I would be very interested to hear what their response is.
I hope they sort it out for you.
Mine is due it’s 2 year service in July.
It is a dreadful squeal which an FSO Polonez would be ashamed of.
Many younger folk will not recognise that description though.
Thanks to all.
