Re: SVR - clicking noise when steering

TooTallTerry - did you get your car back - all sorted? My car is still with the dealer despite being now promised twice it would be returned within 3 days and then being told they ordered the wrong part and the correct part is on back order - I'm struggling to get any answers from CRC or the dealer ...

Re: SVR - clicking noise when steering

My car didn’t come back yesterday- they had ordered the wrong part and the correct part is on back order. I’m now in a new Range Rover Evoque waiting for an update.

The Evoque is not a bad car but I want my SVR back!

Re: SVR accent paint colour

I've done over 4k miles and I have zero chips - maybe I've just been lucky. Now might be the time to get PPF before winter - quite a few better known places near me including Topaz and NVN

Re: SVR accent paint colour

I didn’t realise the great bits are painted - I thought they were just plastic parts that could not be obviously chipped. Will have to take a closer look at mine. PPF seems like a good idea - or wrap them black if you don’t like the grey (I actually quite like the grey now - didn’t think I would but...

Re: SVR - clicking noise when steering

My car has be at the garage since Monday for the clicking fix and is due back today - a day later than promised as some parts on back order etc despite me being reassured before they had the parts required. I waived the option of a loan car to avoid another 6 week wait. I also have squeaky brakes bu...

Re: New Member

I had an XFR for 10 years and now have an F-Pace SVR - very happy with the the switch - the F-Pace seems to give you more car for the money. Still great handling and performance but more practical, better looks, 4wd, big boot, more legroom and a high ( good visibility) driving position. I would not ...

Re: Svr incoming

I use Waze and apple carplay for decent live traffic satnav but the software was playing up today - normally works well but my iPhone kept disconnecting then reconnecting on my commute home tonight.

Overall I still say the SVR is a great car but it’s certainly not perfect - a flawed diamond!

Re: Svr incoming

I saw my first SVR on the road today - an ultra blue car near the M40 - I was a few cars behind in my Corris grey SVR. I would have waved but wasn't able to pull up next to whoever it was!
