Re: SVR Options Advice

No stone chips to my 22" wheels . . . yet! I think the stone chips on the wheels are exclusive to the black ones. You might have dodged a bullet there with silver wheels! 30mpg?! I can barely get mine to 25mpg, and that was sitting on dual carriageway at 70mph for about 50 miles. Were you doing an ...

Re: SVR - clicking noise when steering

Afraid so - still got the demo. 4 weeks today. Why so long...? Been at the bodyshop twice, waiting for warranty approval, various meetings etc. Getting them to accept all costs. Car is due back to me at the end of the week. I haven’t driven it for 6 weeks (was on holiday the fortnight before they co...

Re: SVR Options Advice

I’ve a few questions: - 22” Black wheels, I’ve heard story’s of them chipping very easily - can anyone speak from experience? Mine chipped within a few weeks. They’re supposed to be getting sorted today. My car has been at the dealer for 4 weeks and I’ve been driving their demonstrator. I actually ...

Re: SVR Options Advice

On economy - no idea but won't be any worse then the X5M. My father in-law has a 2018 X5M, and I can assure you the economy is a LOT worse in the SVR!! They are both awful for town and fast driving... but the X5M is much better for motorway driving. The SVR doesn’t really improve at all. Maybe it’l...

Two flat

I was down at Gleneagles for my wedding anniversary over the last few days. When walking down the main driveway, I saw this ‘19 plate F-Pace looking a bit sorry for itself.
The front wheel had some serious damage to it - but the rear looked fine.

Re: Is Incontrol any good?

The android app has just four screens. Initial one showing if vehicle is locked allowing remote locking beep and flash and showing location, second screen remote start and target temperature, third showing journey history and fourth showing VIN. You get warnings from vehicle repeated in app so wind...

Re: Is Incontrol any good?

What extra functionality does Apple have over Android? The things you’ve mentioned above are pretty much all my Apple version can do. I’ve mainly used mine to check the stats of my journeys so far. Distance / average speed / MPG. I’d like to think in winter I’ll use the remote start. Shame you can’t...

Re: SVR - clicking noise when steering

My car is STILL with the dealer (although GPS tells me it’s at the bodyshop just now). They called me the other day and advised that the noise was the tyres skipping. I can’t verify my own car, as I haven’t driven it for such a long time... but their demonstrator is 100% not tyres skipping! It’s REA...

Re: F-Pace SVR coming soon?

Glad you found it! It makes the 360 camera a little bit more usable. I still feel like they could have made a much better job of implementing it, and letting you choose the different views quickly.
