Re: It's proving very hard to buy an F Pace

I don't know where you are Corris, but Farnell in Leeds were excellent with me. I got a much nicer feeling with them then I did in my home town of Hull with Hatfields. It obviously does vary between dealerships. I'm in Buckinghamshire. Lookers Amersham and Jaguar Milton Keynes are the two I've lost...

Re: Accessing TV media

I think I will have to either contact the previous owner or give the dealer a ring as you say. To be fair some of the spec wasn't advertised when I bought it, even though it came from a main jaguar dealership and was a jaguar approved used vehicle. I only found out it had 16 way seats, boot release ...

Re: Accessing TV media

Car was 6 months old when I bought it so the TV wasn't something I requested. Is there any way to check the spec of a car when it was new?
I didn't realise the TV was by request only, when the car was originally built.

Accessing TV media

Daft question time :D
What do I need to be able to access the TV media option in my F Pace?
Do I need a SIM card?
Although I never clicked on it I seem to recall the TV option in the media sources, prior to having the latest software update but I could be wrong. Now it's definitely not there.
Cheers

Re: ICTP Patch 4.0

Are people still having problems with 3.5? Mine seems fine now.
What issues is the version 4 patch for?

Mine seems to be all working fine.
Voice activation all fine, response is quicker, no lock ups or black outs today.

Re: ICTP Patch '3'

They've reloaded overnight and it seems to have done the trick so picking up in a while. I read somewhere that attempting to start the vehicle too soon after a software update (before the system has fully reconfigured), causes the car to 'lock down'. I suspect this is what's happened. Hopefully my c...

Re: ICTP Patch '3'

Mine went in for the phase 3 software update today. I got the call to pick up my car late in the day. Whilst on the way to collect I received another call saying the car would not start. So it's having a sleep out at the dealers tonight. Hopefully they can rectify early tomorrow. Wonder what has cau...
