Re: 25T to 3.0 V6 380PS

Hi Smitten As to speed well having driven some 27,000 miles to date when I check to find my average speed I rarely get above 60 or so even for a long run ( Suffolk to North Berwick) because of either speed restrictions or traffic but I do put my foot down on both the A12 and A14 locally which kills...

Re: 25T to 3.0 V6 380PS

Interesting. I would say my 3.0d S is a peach as well. About 420-440 miles range to a full tank depending on how/where you drive it. Nice and quiet at motorway speeds as well. I must say you must be a saint in yours to get 32mpg on a long run? What speed? If I stick to 70mph mine can achieve 35 mpg ...

Re: Mercedes GLC v Jaguar F Pace

It depends what you are looking for? The F Pace is not a Mercedes, its not a sofa on wheels with air suspension options etc but it is a driver's car and you will be surprised at the how good the handling is for a big car on a twisty A road. Its has a near perfect 50/50 weight distribution front to r...

Re: InControl Renewal & Extended Warranty

I think you need a map subscription which you do via www.jaguar.here.com and (then click maps and services option) but I can't see a cost as I still have a subscription - the other maps seem to be £90 to £130 so I am guessing the Europe map will be similar? Anyone know? Pro Services, Protect and Rem...

Re: ICTP Patch 4.0

You could always go for the bone needle and sinew thread option and just stitch up the roof after use?

Re: ICTP Patch 4.0

No issues....YET. I would have to question whether I would fork out £80k for an SVR with identical software as well. To be honest I have been extremely lucky with only minor glitches on ICTP so far compared to some so can't really complain. Looking on the Bedrock dealer configurator are you going fo...

I have black 20s at the moment and after a year they are still in mint condition with no chips or anything to speak of. Maybe it is just an SVR wheel issue?
No - I have black 22s and a large stone chip on front nearside wheel. Valeted by Jaguar this morning but you wouldn't know from the dust.

Re: ICTP Patch 4.0

Had my software update yesterday and surprise, surprise the app version is '2019A.8-8407' and not phase 5  however the promised Apple Carplay and Android Auto are now operational. I appear to have a lot more album art than previously when using Spotify which is an improvement. Also seems a lot ...
