Re: Climate control concerns

Thanks Deltasierra - the re gas was £199 as they have to use the new environment product, i've checked this elsewhere and seems to be the same, they say not a warranty issue on the gas as classed as a consumable. More concerned about the cold but thanks for the replay.

Climate control concerns

I'd be grateful for your thoughts on this I have raised this before but to date there hasn't been a resolution to my Climate Control issues. Basically a couple of months ago I had my A/C re gassed as it was not performing well, pushing heat out one side and cooler temperatures out the other, I was t...

Re: Software Updates (OtA)

Thank you for your response RDB1, i have followed your suggestions including watching the video a number of times. Each time I plug in my lightening Apple lead into my phone and into the USB socket in the locker I get the same message. "Connection failed. Disconnect USB cable, reconnect and try aga...

Re: Software Updates (OtA)

I have Android Auto and had a similar experience when using it. After much faffing I improved my experience by - - Go to settings (the two gear wheels on the main menu) - Go to All settings - Go to Connectivity - Select Apple device settings - Select default connection - Make Apple your default Not ...

Re: Software Updates (OtA)

Mine car was purchased in late 2017 but is a 2018 model and I know it has SOTA because it has performed updates this way a couple of times, however since the 251 Update the buttons have been removed so I'm not sure now if it is "the new way" or its been removed for some reason but it has done it bef...

Re: Software Updates (OtA)

Can I ask if someone could check something on your cars. On the latest software version, on checking for updates do you still have "software Updates" and "lock Software updates" soft buttons showing. I recently had the 251 update put on via the dealer and noticed on its return that these soft button...

Re: Approved Used F-Pace - Service Interval Not Observed

The 2.0d engine is on a 2 year service interval I believe and yes its a bit over the mileage (not massively) but I would doubt if there would be concerns over the engine. If it was sold with an Approved Used guarantee by a JLR dealer then I would have thought that would stand as a normal benefit. If...

Re: Tyres

I Just had 4 new Continental Contact Sport 5s fitted to replace the existing. I did look to go elsewhere to see if I could improve ride quality (at lower speeds) but after checking with my insurance company they were not happy about moving away from Jaguar recommended options. I don't think they are...

H251 Update information

My car was in today for a couple of things but they added the H251 software update which apparently I needed. Since then I have noticed the SOTA titles at the top of the software updates screen are missing which I used to have. I now just have the version number and a "check for updates" soft button...
