Re: New Aussie F-Pace

Are the existing wheels 19"? Would be worth checking if the 20" wheels from a Discovery4 / LR4 Landmark edition would fit? Always liked them.... not sure if bolt spacing is the same, or what comparative offsets are? Also try driving a car on 22"s - you might be surprised. https://i.ebayimg.com/00/s/...

Re: Tyres for 20" 5 spoke 'Style 5035'

As everyone has stated - you need to keep the same tyre size for the 20" wheels. Also the load rating - which tends to be higher on SUV tyres as the cars are heavier. (You could of course swap all 4 at once and drop the sidewall size, but it is going to make your speedo read higher, and your odomete...

Re: Bird do do!

Soak paper towel and lay it on for an hour or so - this works great for bird5hit and dead insects!

The. Just wipe off.

As above - if it has been on for a while the paint is likely to be marked. If you don’t have a light automotive polish, Braddy will do the job nicely. Wax afterwards.

Re: Very slow puncture?

Yes, and yes.

We had something similar with a screw in the tread of one of the front tyres. If the same - its likely to get worse over time.

Re: POTM for 2019... ?

I voted "no".

I liked the idea, but as you say - both submissions and votes are now much reduced. The fact I never won anything has not affected my voting here. :D

Maybe try switching to quarterly to bring both numbers back up? (Can possibly make it Winter/Spring/Summer/Autumn?) :?
