Re: JLR in trouble?
Think Tata will do exactly what they did to their UK Steel company. Get all the ideas, technology etc then pull the plug. JLR watch your pensions boys and girls as Tata will rob that too.

Re: Squeaky Brakes
The whole system looks pretty cheap and nasty, discs, pads and callipers have issues with wear. My Brembo shod BMW motorcycle with its very exposed system and ventilated discs, looks far superior to the Jaguar set up

Re: AHBA
I found AHBA too frustrating. It did not react quick enough for me and I found other cars flashing me prior to mine auto dipping. I also found I would react quicker when I wanted main beam than the car thought I might. It's the only thing I have turned, off apart from engine auto start/Stop. Another...

Re: 2.0d R Sport Auto - Should I go AWD or not?
I would ponder AWD or Winter tyres. In my opinion Winter tyres are more useful for bad weather ( or 5 months of the year ), but if you are going off road AWD could be of benefit.

Re: Engine doesn't switch off
Only person who could remote start it was me and my phone was in arm rest cubby hole. It actually did it for a third time today, again parked in a car park , me inside and not touching anything. Perhaps dealer visit in the offing soon.

Re: Engine doesn't switch off
Not had this, but have had engine start twice on its own that's without touching button, or feet on any pedals when the car was parked and me still inside.
