Did you buy from an Approved JLR dealer? They seem to have three levels of cleaning. The first is a Service Wash, Then a Valet Clean or a Full Valet and detailing with products like Auto Guard etc.. Agree I have cars and motorbikes all on trickle chargers. In most cases have a small charge lead connected onto the battery as a permanent feature, then plug into that point. On one vehicle I can plug into the cigarette lighter or power point and charge from that point.

I have a 3.0ds and in 2 yrs 8 months driven 52,000 miles. None motorway 32 mpg, Motorway average 35 mpg at 80mph, got 42 mpg when at 70 mph.

Should be ok. I had a failed Volumetric sensor fail on the rear passenger wheel. Quite a few items failed. Basically not a worry as you drive as normal without the computer helping. All was sorted and ok

I think you need to decide if you need to have full warranty body cover in place. If Yes then you need an approved JLR bodyshop. If you are not bothered about the warranty then I would go to 'Chips away' or anywhere.
