Hi - does anyone have any tips for cleaning the wheels? We have the "bionics" which have a lot of nooks and crannies.

Wheel woollies. Not cheap but will out perform any other wheel brush.

Yes - try Bilt Hamber wheel cleaner. See http://www.bilthamber.com/auto-wheel. Best thing I ever found for cleaning your wheels. You just spray it on - wait for a couple of minutes and rinse it off with a hose - brilliant alloys. Even gets rid of the crud on your callipers so they stay nice and shiny. Its not cheap but it is good - use a wheel brush to work it into the difficult parts . Also once cleaned to a sparkly shine seal with autoglym wheel sealant every six months.

My choice of wheels are influenced on how easy to clean less nooks and crannies.
Cannie or lazy?
I'm with you on this one, my fan blades take seconds to clean and it just so happens I like the look of them anyway. :D As for my BMW RT motorcycle- an absolute nightmare to clean the wheels, with twin discs making it extra difficult to get in the nooks and crannies.
